When and Where is the Wedding?
The wedding is taking place in Albemarle, NC on May 25, 2025 at 5:25 PM.
What Should I Wear?
The dress should be joyful and comfortable. Our wedding is taking place in an open walled covered pavilion in May in central North Carolina. The 10-year historic high is 81 with a 50% chance of rain.
Are Children Invited?
We encourage you to bring your kids! If you RSVP’d without your kids, but you would like to bring them email CalebandKate525@gmail.com and send us their names!
Is There a Wedding Registry?
Yes! We are registered at Amazon.com. We also welcome cash gifts via paper money or Venmo.
What Is the RSVP Process?
There is a QR code on the back of the invitation. When that is scanned it will take you to a form on this website to fill out. If you have lost your paper invitation, email CalebandKate525@gmail.com and we can send you the link.
Is There Parking at the Venue?
There is parking alongside the venue and a larger lot across the street. Parking alongside the venue is reserved for handicapped parking, we ask that you park in the lot across the street.
What Time Should I Arrive?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
What Happens After the Ceremony?
Following the ceremony, while the wedding party is getting a few pictures with family, we will ask that you find your assigned table and enjoy a few light refreshments while we prepare for dinner. Dinner will be served as soon as photos are finished.
Can I Take Photos?
We will have photographers to capture the big day, however we encourage you to take pictures both before the wedding and during the reception.
What Happens If I Can’t Make It?
We understand that this is a busy time of year, and travel can be prohibitive for many. If you have already RSVP’d, send an email to CalebandKate525@gmail.com.
If you would like to send us a gift or cards, we welcome them! Before the wedding, these can be sent to 3120 Floral Grove Ln, Apt 204, Charlotte, NC 28216. If they will be sent after the wedding, email CalebandKate525@gmail.com for an updated address.
Is There Anything I Can Bring?
Our guest book will have space for messages and kind words. Think ahead of what you want to say.
Where Should I Stay?
Our wedding is taking place between 3 airports in Central North Carolina. If you are flying in from out of town, our recommendation is to fly into and stay in or around Charlotte, NC. This has good proximity to an airport, and Luck Factory Games where we are inviting those who do not live locally to join us the night before the wedding for an opportunity to play board games and catch up.
