Ingredients:
10 ounces GF Cake Flour
1 ounces almond flour
8.5 ounces brown sugar
0.4 ounces baking powder
0.1 ounces salt
8.5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 ounces boiling water
8 ounces neutral oil
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks

Instructions:
1. Pour hot water over semi-sweet chocolate chips, let sit 5 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl sift together gf cake flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. Mix water and chocolate together and insure that all chocolate is melted. Add brown sugar, oil, whole eggs, and egg yolks. Mix together.

4. Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and blend until well combined.

5. Scale into 24 standard cupcakes, 2-9 inch round pans, or 1-9x13 pan. 6. Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes for cupcakes, 18-22 minutes for rounds, or 20-24 minutes for 9x13.
