Ingredients:
14.4 ounces GF Cake Flour
1.6 ounces masa harina*
0.5 ounces baking powder
0.2 ounces salt
1.6 ounces sugar
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
4 ounces butter
1.3 ounces olive oil
5.4 ounces water

Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Add GF Cake Flour, masa harina, baking powder, sugar, salt, and rosemary into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse 1 -2 times to combine.

2. Add butter cut into chunks. Pulse until mixture is combined and resembles coarse meal.

3. Add olive oil and water. Run until dough forms.

4. Roll to 1/8-3/16” thick. Cut to desired size and dock.

5. Bake at 400F until edges are golden brown.
