Ingredients:
10 ounces GF Cake Flour
11.5 ounces sugar
0.2 ounces baking powder
0.2 ounces baking soda
0.1 ounces salt
0.1 ounces pumpkin pie spice
7 ounces buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
8 ounces canola oil
0.5 ounces vanilla extract
15 ounces canned pumpkin puree

Instructions:
1. In a bowl sift together gf cake flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

3. In a separate bowl mix buttermilk, eggs, egg yolks, canola oil, vanilla extract, and pumpkin.

4. Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and blend until well combined.

5. Scale into 24 standard cupcakes, 2-9 inch round pans, or 1-9x13 pan. 6. Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes for cupcakes, 18-22 minutes for rounds, or 20-24 minutes for 9x13.
